Massage
Request a massage when checking in upon your arrival. Massages are scheduled in order that requests are received. Massages are limited to the availability of the masseur. Sessions are an hour and fifteen minutes; $85.

Reiki
"Reiki" is also known as universal life energy. Reiki practitioners act as a channel for that energy to help the client's energy-body re-balance. Sessions are an hour and fifteen minutes; $65.

Energy Healing
Energy healing seeks to help the client release unwanted energies from past traumas. A variety of techniques may be used. Sessions are one hour and thirty minutes; $85.

Spiritual Counseling
Spiritual counseling seeks to help the client reconnect with their own understanding of a higher power, and/or explore questions around spirituality in his life. Spiritual counselors also help clients develop a spiritual practice that is meaningful. Sessions are typically an hour.

Life Coaching
Life coaching seeks to help the client reconnect with their values, passions, and sense of purpose. Coaching may help one find a career in which all three align; coaching can also help with other areas of life where the client would like guidance in making a change. Sessions vary.
